Guest Photo Security & Permissions

Your wedding memories are private. We've built in several layers of security to ensure your photos are only seen by people you trust.

Password Protection

You can add a layer of security by setting a Gallery-Wide Password. Once set, guests will be prompted to enter this password before being able to view your gallery.

Guest Permissions

You can control exactly what guests can do within your gallery. For each album, you can toggle:

• Can View: If this is off, guests using that specific share link won't even see the album.
• Can Upload: If this is off, guests will be unable to upload new photos to that album.

Auto-Approval

Want to skip the manual approval process? You can enable Auto-Approvalon a per-link basis. This is a great tool for trusted guests, like your wedding party or photographer.

Signed URL Security

All photos are served via secure, time-limited Signed URLs. This means that even if a direct link to a photo is shared outside of your gallery, it will stop working shortly after, ensuring that only authenticated gallery visitors have access.
