Managing Albums & Photos

Managing your photo gallery is easy. You have full control over how albums are organized and which photos are shown to your guests.

Album Organization

You can create, rename, and reorder albums within your collection at any time. Reordering albums is as simple as dragging them into the desired position in the Manage Gallery view.

Photo Management

Within each album, you can view all uploaded photos. You have the power to:

• Approve photos: If you haven't enabled auto-approval, you'll need to manually approve photos before they appear in the gallery.
• Reorder photos: Change the order in which photos appear to guests by dragging them within the album grid.
• Delete photos: Remove unwanted photos from your gallery and storage.

Finalizing Albums

When your wedding is over and you're happy with the photos in an album, you can Finalize the album. This action does two things:

1. Disables further photo uploads to that album.
2. Generates a bulk download ZIP file containing all approved photos, making it easy for you and your guests to keep high-quality copies.
