Guest Gallery Link

Your gallery has one Guest Gallery Link. This is the main link you can share with guests to access your gallery.

What guests can see or upload is controlled by the settings on each album, so you’re always in control of what’s shared.

Custom Share Links

For more control, you can create Custom Share Links with their own permissions. These are perfect for creating different experiences for different groups of guests. For example:

• Reception QR Codes (Upload Only): Let guests upload photos during the event without browsing the gallery. They can view everything later.
• Wedding Party: Give close friends and family access to specific albums with both viewing and uploading enabled.
• Photography Team: Allow uploads with auto-approval for your photographer or content creators.

You can update permissions at any time, and changes will apply instantly to anyone using the link.

QR Codes & Signage

Make it effortless for guests to upload photos by displaying QR codes at your venue. Within the Gallery section, you can:

• Design custom QR codes: Match colours and styles to your wedding theme.
• Download signage: Print ready-made designs with your QR code already included.
